Yes, all orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If you're unavailable, your parcel will be rerouted to a designated location, and you will receive a notification.

Unfortunately, custom-made, personalised, and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.
